Economic Plan: We the middle class and struggling working class citizens have carried the burden of an oppressive and counterproductive tax system which has given, (taxpayer’s dollars) “No Interest Loans” to these so called Too Big To Fail Corporations creating this huge budget deficit. Taxpayer dollars which was utilized to pay: CEO’s salaries; insulated their golden parachutes; bonuses of upper management, and their junkets to Las Vegas, too gamble away our hard earned money. It further sickens me that the politicians in Washington have the audacity to think that they can give a pacifier, (low interest loans) to small business owners to assure their vote in next year’s elections. Through redirecting of remaining TARP funds to "Bail Out The PEOPLE...Not The TBTF corporations!" That is why when Brian becomes congressman he will push the following agenda:

• The restoring of full employment should be a top federal priority of Congress.
• The remaining TARP funds should be invested in Community Banks; Small Businesses; the American Infrastructure, and Natural Gas to create jobs and renewable energy.
• Federal, State and local governments reform their tax systems by restoring higher tax rates for corporations and the richest 1 percent of this country, at the same time reducing of tax rates of the middle class and struggling working class Americans.
• Companies and States receiving federal stimulus dollars should be required to respect the rights of workers to organize and bargain collectively.
• Citizens facing home foreclosures to have the option to stay in their homes, paying rent until such time they are able to buy the home.
• Force Lenders to modify the terms of troubled mortgages. 
• Support new Fair Trade Agreements and end all Free Trade Agreements.

Universal Choice Healthcare Plan: Brian knows that current Healthcare Reform Bill is not a perfect bill, in fact is was given a D grading by the Progressive Democrats of America. It does not do enough to be called reform and then it is mandated. It however is a starting point in order to get "Healthcare for All!" 

• No Mandates
• Affordable, quality healthcare for every American man, woman and child. 
• Coverage from birth to death. 
• No pre-existing conditions exclusion. 
• No deductibles. 
• No co-pays. 
• Tax credit for those citizens who choose to keep conventional plan. 
• Keep your present doctor. 
• All prescription drugs coverage. 
• Comprehensive Vision coverage. 
• Comprehensive Dental coverage. 
• Complete and total portability.

Education Plan: Brian knows that the full funding of our public schools should be a priority of the goveernment. We need to move beyond a focus on competence to a focus on excellence for all our students. in order for this program to be successful, it will require the following:

• Pay Raise for our Teachers. 
• Restructure federal, state and local taxation and funding systems so that all public schools are funded fairly, without regard to income levels of local residents.
• Ban the use of taxpayer-funded voucher programs.
• Reduction of class sizes to a manageable student to teacher ratio.
• Preserving and/or enhancing vocational education programs for adolescents and adults. 
• Improve Testing and Accountability. 
• Expand Summer Learning Opportunities.

Civil Rights Plan:

• Automatic restoration of voting rights to certain ex-felons.
• Stop the "Zero Tolerance" policing and criminalizing of our youth. 
• Restore Vocational and Educational Programs to the penal system to end recidivism. 
• Rewrite Mandatory Sentencing Law to make them fair and equal.
• Enact legislation to end discrimination based on sexual orientation.
• Collective Bargaining Rights for all federal, state, county and municipal employees.
• Make sure that the Justice Department does it job in the protection of civil rights of all American citizens.
